“Our Gym” is located in Nasrcity, Cairo since May 2005, and is working under the management of Coach / Ahmed El-Sayed, whose was previously the Fitness Manager at a number of high ranked
gyms located in Egypt.

“Our Gym” is goal oriented, and designed specifically for our precious and loyal customers. We keep our customers satisfied and closely monitored through our highly dedicated and professional trainers.
All our trainers are available at the gym to assist our customers with any fitness advise that they may need, providing them with basic work out programs to follow, and monitor their workout and their techniques to assure that they don’t hurt themselves whilst working out. At “Our Gym” we also provide our customers with personal trainers, if they wish for more "one on one" time, and more dedication and privacy. |
